Albert Chapa

Albert Chapa has a strong background in the banking industry. Albert worked at PlainsCapital Bank as the McAllen Market President since September 2013. Prior to that, they were employed at First National Bank as the Branch President from April 1996 to September 2013. Before joining First National Bank, they served as the Branch Manager at Coastal Banc from 1994 to 1996.

Albert Chapa has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from The University of Texas-Pan American.
