Keith Welch

Keith Welch, MBA, has a robust background in banking and electronic services, currently serving as the Vice President - Card Services Manager at PlainsCapital Bank. Previously, Keith held various leadership roles at Prosperity Bank, including Vice President/Manager of both Internet Banking Operations and Debit Card Operations, as well as Assistant Vice President - Electronic Banking. Earlier experience includes positions at American State Bank and Texas Tech University, where Keith contributed as an Adjunct Instructor. Keith holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business and an MFA in Painting from Texas Tech University.
