Savanna Ordoyne Strull has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of HR and recruiting. Savanna began their career at Latter & Blum as a Human Resource and Finance Assistant, where they provided administrative support to the Vice President Finance/CFO and Director of Human Resources. Savanna then worked at Hancock Bank as a Commercial Client Administrator, excelling in tasks such as loan package preparation, portfolio management, and customer service. After that, they joined BravoTECH as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in IT roles. During their time there, they sourced, screened, interviewed, and hired IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions. Savanna then transitioned to PlainsCapital Corporation, where they held two roles—Staffing Specialist and HR Generalist/Recruiter. In both positions, they supported hiring managers in the Dallas and Fort Worth regions by identifying and selecting qualified candidates and providing guidance on employee relations issues. Savanna also worked closely with PlainsCapital Bank and PlainsCapital Corporation to meet their staffing needs. Finally, Savanna became the HR Manager - Recruiting, Vice President at PlainsCapital Bank, responsible for statewide recruiting efforts and providing guidance and support for employees. Throughout their career, they developed strong relationships with hiring managers and employees and consistently delivered exceptional results.

Savanna Ordoyne Strull attended Louisiana State University from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources.
