Marina Le Franc has over 15 years of work experience in various industries. In 2006, they began their career as an Assistant Manager and Head Waitress at a hospitality company, where they were responsible for running busy restaurants, P&L management, hiring and staffing, and marketing strategy. In 2013, they joined Google as a Senior Account Manager (Omnichannel) for France, developing revenue for Google by driving media and marketing strategies and fostering partnerships with France's top advertisers and agencies. Marina then became a Senior Digital Specialist for France, where they identified growth opportunities, tailored brand and performance strategies across Google's product suite, and implemented and optimised solutions against advertiser goals. In 2019, they joined Qopius, a Trax company, as a Commercial Manager, fulfilling the roles of Account, Project, Partnership and Marketing Manager, acting as a bridge between business partners and Qopius product & engineering. In 2020, Marina joined Trax Retail as a Key Account Manager for France and DACH, where they strategically planned and executed organisational change, tracked and demonstrated the value of adopting Trax shelf monitoring solutions. Marina is currently a Senior Customer Success Manager at Plan A, where they are driven by global environmental issues and the pandemic to have a positive impact on the world.

Marina Le Franc attended Dublin City University from 2010 to 2012, where they were pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs. Marina did not complete the degree.
