Paloma Berrina

Paloma Berrina has extensive experience in recruitment and talent management, currently working as a Recruitment Manager and Recruiter at Plan A Technologies. Paloma collaborates with talent researchers, conducts interviews, negotiates with candidates, and supports them throughout the recruitment process. Paloma also updates company leadership on recruiting efforts and represents the company at events. In addition to their role at Plan A, Paloma has worked as a Translator and English Teacher at various organizations. Paloma holds a degree in Cabin Crew from IFPA and has pursued additional education in translation and aviation.
