John Nahacky

John Nahacky is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in qualified plan administration. Currently serving as a Compliance Manager at PAI since August 2014, John provides technical support and research for over 12,000 employer plans, ensuring compliance for approximately 200,000 employees and $4 billion in assets while assessing the impact of regulatory changes. Prior to this role, John held the position of Director TPA Group and ERISA Counsel at CompuPay, Inc., managing a department focused on administrative services for retirement and benefit plans and resolving compliance issues. John began their career at PayMaxx as VP Benefits/General Counsel. John holds a law degree from The University of Toledo College of Law.
