Lu Yen Roloff

Lu Yen Roloff is an accomplished impact entrepreneur and strategic consultant with extensive experience in climate advocacy and political engagement. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Co-Founder of PLAN B 2030 e.V. and as an Impact Entrepreneur at PHINEO Startups, Lu Yen has previously held significant roles as a strategic transformation consultant for ansvar2030 & THE CLIMATE TASK FORCE and as Co-Founder and Network Coordinator for Strategienetzwerk Klima. Lu Yen's past involvement includes serving as a candidate for Brand New Bundestag, strategic advisor for Together For Future, and Co-Founder and Community Manager at bold-new-world.com. Prior experience includes leadership in communications for Greenpeace's "Detox My Fashion" campaign and active participation in Extinction Rebellion. Lu Yen holds a Master of Arts in Sociology, Political Science, and Chinese Studies from the University of Hamburg and has completed a journalistic traineeship at the Evangelische Journalistenschule.
