Herman Krab

Herman Krab is an experienced project and program manager with a strong background in managing complex investment projects across various industries. Currently employed at Plan B Advies since December 2018, Herman leads analyses and assessments for ongoing projects to enhance client execution. Prior to this, Herman spent over 12 years at FrieslandCampina, holding multiple roles including Senior Performance Excellence Specialist, Senior Project Manager, Plant Manager, and Project Manager, where responsibilities included improving operational efficiency and overseeing complex investment projects in high care food manufacturing. Herman's career began at Janssen Biologics, serving as a project engineer and process technologist in large-scale pharmaceutical projects. Educational qualifications include a PD Eng in Bioprocess Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MSc in Bioprocess Engineering from Wageningen University & Research.
