Elisa Seoane Rodríguez

Elisa Seoane Rodríguez is a professional with extensive experience in consulting and education. Currently serving as an independent consultant at Ceibal since April 2024, Elisa leads procurement process transformation initiatives. As a docente at Universidad de Montevideo since August 2017, Elisa designs and teaches courses on organizational transformation, focusing on business models, processes, and improvement methodologies. Previously, Elisa worked as a specialist consultant at Deloitte from May 2010 to December 2023, leading various projects in both private and public sectors. Additional roles include consulting for the Agencia Nacional de Desarrollo and earlier positions at Discount Bank and BBVA. Elisa holds a Master's in Digital Transformation and Business Development from OBS Business School and degrees in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
