Adam Nebenzahl

Adam Nebenzahl is a Management Analyst with experience in local government budgeting and policy development. Currently at the City of Bainbridge Island since January 2023, Adam previously served as a Budget Analyst for the City of Wichita, where responsibilities included monitoring budgets and overseeing ARPA funding performance. Adam's background includes a role as a City Management Fellow, contributing to program and policy creation across various departments, and an internship with the City of Kenmore focused on climate action and DEI frameworks. Additional experience includes coordinating volunteer efforts at EarthCorps and participating in state land restoration with the Student Conservation Association. Adam holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Environmental Management and Policy from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance at the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University at Buffalo.
