Grace Chung

Grace Chung, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Research at Plan Forward since December 2023. Prior to this role, Grace held the position of Senior Research Associate at the Center for Values in International Development from December 2023 to February 2024, and was a Doctoral Fellow at the University of Maryland from August 2018 to May 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant of Events and a Graduate Research Consultant at OECD - OCDE, along with a Graduate Assistant role at Teachers College of Columbia University. Grace also worked as an Education Consultant at Ivy Academy from 2008 to 2016. Academic qualifications include a PhD in International Education Policy from the University of Maryland, an MA in International and Comparative Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BS in Biology from Montclair State University.
