Meghan Mattern

Meghan Mattern is an experienced professional in international education and development, currently serving as an Inclusive Quality Education Advisor at Plan International USA since November 2022. Prior to this role, Meghan held various positions at Carnegie Mellon University, including Senior Program Manager for the Washington Semester Program from March 2020 to November 2022. Meghan also worked at USAID from May 2016 to March 2020, where responsibilities included Senior Program Analyst and Education Specialist within the Bureau for Education, Environment & Economic Growth. Earlier roles included Program Associate at Creative Associates International and various positions at USAID and Management Systems International, including Program Specialist and Administrative Assistant. Meghan holds a Master of Education degree in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and African Studies from Calvin University.
