McKenzie Glandorf

McKenzie Glandorf is an experienced professional in client success and operations, currently serving as a Client Integration Manager at Plan Notice since November 2025. Previously, McKenzie held the position of VP of Client Success at Stax.ai, where revenue growth was achieved from $150K to $3M ARR by establishing the Customer Success & Operations function, mentoring a team of over 20 members, and maintaining a 96%+ customer retention rate. Prior roles include leadership positions at KAR Global, where McKenzie managed a 15-person team and improved customer satisfaction, and earlier experience as a Certified Massage Therapist and Box Office Manager.
