Bernie Wojcik

Bernie Wojcik has worked in the finance and accounting industries since 1991. Bernie began their career at Kimmel, Lorah + Associates, CPA's as an Accountant. Bernie then worked at Zelenkofske, Axelrod CPA's as a Supervising Senior, where they led audits, reviews, and compilations of privately-held businesses in the services, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution industries, as well as prestigious Philadelphia nonprofit institutions. Bernie then joined KPMG LLP as a Senior Auditor. In 2000, they moved to Axeda Systems Inc. as Asst. Corporate Controller. In 2004, they were promoted to VP & Corporate Controller at Axeda Systems, Inc., where their business responsibilities included broad finance, operational and accounting functions including financing, M&A, cash management, SEC and financial reporting, and consolidation of worldwide operations spanning the U.S., Europe, and Asia. In 2006, they joined Franklin Fuel Cells, Inc. as Director, Finance & Corp. Controller. Since 2007, they have been employed at Planalytics, Inc. as Vice President of Finance.

Bernie Wojcik obtained a BSBA in Accounting from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania between 1988 and 1990. Bernie also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania-Department of State.
