Stephanie Hines

Ms. Hines joined Planar in 2019 as General Counsel and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2022. She provides executive leadership and leads the company’s legal, human resources, and IT functions. She is an experienced leader and business-oriented legal advisor. Prior to joining Planar, Ms. Hines worked in-house at Biamp Systems and CLEAResult. Prior to that, she worked in private practice, primarily as a business litigator at Perkins Coie LLP. She graduated from the University of Sioux Falls with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication and received her JD from Lewis & Clark Law School.
