Paula Soto Campos has a diverse work experience. Paula started their career at ZABALA Innovation Consulting in 2013, where they worked in the finance department. In 2014, they joined Deloitte España as an Experienced Senior Auditor and worked there until 2018. At Deloitte, they gained expertise in auditing. In 2018, they joined PLANASA as the Director of Finance and Administration for EMEA. Paula held this position for a year until 2019, when they were promoted to Global Head of Financial Report.
Paula Soto Campos holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from ESIC Business & Marketing School, which they completed between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Auditing from the University of Deusto from 2015 to 2017. Paula also obtained a Licenciatura degree in Law and another Licenciatura degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Pública de Navarra between 2008 and 2014.
