Sebastian Fitter has extensive experience in technical support and consulting, currently serving as a Second Level Partner & API Support Engineer and Customer Support Consultant at Planday since April 2021. Prior to this role, Sebastian worked at Arkadin from August 2018 to March 2021, progressing from First Line Support Engineer to Advanced Support Engineer, providing comprehensive support for internal telephony and web applications.
