Steffi Thomas

Steffi Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people operations, currently serving as VP of People Experience at Planday since June 2022. Prior to this role, Steffi was Head of People at Generation Home, where responsibilities included shaping the People & Talent Strategy post-Series A funding. Earlier positions include Head of Talent at Slerp and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Too Good To Go, where promotion occurred shortly after joining. Steffi's career began with various roles in recruitment and consulting, including leadership positions at HoffmannGastrock and BaileyHoffmannCurcio LLP. Steffi holds a Master's Degree in Managing Innovation & Projects from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor's Degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.
