Kewal Kumar

Kewal Kumar is a seasoned engineer specializing in composite structures and materials, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Planet Electric, Inc. since December 2023, where Kewal leads composite material engineering efforts to construct lightweight vehicle components. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior CAE Engineer at TalenDroid and Siemens Gamesa, focusing on the structural analysis of wind turbine composite structures. Kewal has also worked at Fabheads Automation and AgniKul Cosmos, leading teams in FEA analysis and optimization of composite materials for various applications. From 2016 to 2021, Kewal was with MSC Software, contributing significantly to the development and quality assurance of the Digimat software suite, specializing in multi-scale modeling of composites. Kewal holds a Master of Technology in Automobile Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Inderaprastha Engineering College.
