James Schubmehl is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in media strategy and analytics. Currently serving as Vice President of Media Strategy & Analytics at Planet Fitness since February 2021, James is responsible for driving marketing analytics across various initiatives, having developed a three-year Marketing Data Strategy that addresses core challenges in digital data sources, attribution, and transparency. Prior to this role, James held senior positions at TBWA\Chiat\Day, Zimmerman Advertising, Nissan North America, and Chrysler Motors Corp, leading large teams, managing significant budgets, and implementing innovative marketing strategies. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
