Joanna Faulkner, PHR, CBP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong focus on benefits administration and leave of absence management. Currently serving as the Manager of Benefits and Leave of Absence at Planet Fitness since August 2018, Joanna oversees benefit administration for over 3,000 employees across 38 states and Canada. Previous roles include Sr. Benefits Specialist at Planet Fitness, Sr. Human Resources Benefits and Compensation Assistant at the University of New Hampshire, and Human Resources Coordinator positions at both Raymond School District and Pepsi Bottling Group. Joanna has a proven track record in implementing efficient benefit processes, enhancing employee education, ensuring legal compliance, and improving HR operations in diverse environments. Education was completed at Southern New Hampshire University in 2000.
