Alexia Massoud is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in international affairs, journalism, and legal support. Currently a member of The International Affairs Society at The George Washington University, Alexia serves on the GW Model United Nations Travel Team and contributes as an Associate Editor and author for The Globe: George Washington University's Undergraduate Research Journal in International Affairs. Previous experience includes roles as a Legal Assistant at deMoya & Associates, Research Assistant at the Institute for International Economic Policy, and Election Official for the 2024 Presidential Election with the District of Columbia Board of Elections. Additionally, Alexia has worked as a Metro Reporter for The GW Hatchet and a News Intern for The Brazilian Report, and is a student-athlete in Women's Division I Track and Field. Upcoming plans include an internship with Bloomberg Law and pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
