Enza Mitchell

Enza Mitchell has extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Enza is currently working as a Senior Business Analyst at Planet Home Lending, LLC since 2021. Prior to this, Enza worked at TD for 10 years starting in 2011, where they held the position of Assistant Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring a store team to deliver an exceptional employee and customer experience. Enza also prepared and developed sales plans and managed to these plans through various strategies and tracking methods. Enza also worked at Santander Bank, N.A. from 2003 to 2011, where they held the positions of Operations Manager, Float Pool Manager/Staffing Coordinator, and Assistant Branch Manager. In these roles, they managed sales, service, operational efficiency, risk applications, internal control, and HR management activities to meet bank objectives. Additionally, they supervised staff to meet sales and customer service goals and acted as a branch manager in their absence.

Enza Mitchell completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Regis College from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership at the same institution, graduating from 2003 to 2005.
