Peter Delmenico

Peter Delmenico is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in medical device development and product engineering. Currently serving as Chief Engineer and Principal Consultant at Planet Innovation since November 2016, Peter previously held senior roles at Haemonetics, where leadership included directing hardware design for haemostasis measurement systems. Experience at Coramed Technologies as Director of Engineering involved pioneering research in whole blood haemostasis monitoring and innovative product design. With earlier roles at Haemoscope Corporation and product development experience at organizations like Antares Applied Research and IDEO, Peter has made significant contributions to high-impact healthcare technologies, including the renowned TEG 5000 thrombelastograph. Peter holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
