Charlene B.

Charlene B. is a seasoned executive currently serving as Sr. Director and Chief of Staff at Planet since November 2023. Previously, Charlene held various leadership positions at Autodesk from April 2011 to November 2023, including Director of Product Design & Manufacturing Solutions and Chief of Staff for the VP-GM and a matrixed leadership team. During this tenure, key achievements included driving commercial subscriptions to over 200,000 and exceeding $1 billion in billings while consistently outperforming competitors. Prior to this, Charlene co-founded Bit Economics, LLC, a consultancy focused on project portfolio management and data analytics. Additionally, consulting experience includes roles at Computer Sciences Corporation and Ernst & Young. Charlene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Math, Astrophysics, and Cognitive Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA in Business and IT Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
