Josh F.

Josh F. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in flight software and ASIC design. Currently serving as a Senior Flight Software Engineer at Planet since October 2019, Josh has held various key positions across multiple companies, including Principal Engineer and Senior ASIC Design Engineer at Tibit Communications, and a range of roles at Broadcom, from Senior Staff Software Systems Engineer to Staff IC Design Engineer II. Earlier experience includes positions at Teknovus and Cisco Systems, where a foundation in software engineering was established. Josh holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and has educational credentials in Physics and Computer Science, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the Hutchins School of Liberal Studies at Sonoma State University.
