Connor Launder

Connor Launder is a Principal Search Consultant in Alternative Technologies at Eleven, a global search and selection firm focused on climate and clean technologies, since July 2023. Previously, Connor served as Climate Tech Executive Search Lead at AMS, a global talent solutions business, from August 2022 to July 2023. Prior roles include Associate Consultant for AgriFood Executive Search at Mackinnon Bruce International from May 2021 to August 2022, and Education and Learning Officer at Keep Scotland Beautiful from June 2019 to May 2021, contributing to initiatives addressing climate change and promoting sustainability. Connor Launder holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science from the University of Stirling, obtained in 2019.
