Prior to this, Sarah held various leadership positions at WinterWyman and Planet Professional, contributing significantly to talent acquisition strategies for both contract staffing and permanent placements. Experience includes managing teams, sourcing candidates, and ensuring client success in high-impact talent recruitment. Sarah's career commenced at Paychex Inc, transitioning complex clients to payroll solutions, and began at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management & Psychology was obtained.
