Benedetto Camerana

Benedetto Camerana is an accomplished architect and leader with extensive experience in architecture, urban design, and sustainability. Currently serving as an ESG Consultant at Planet Smart City since July 2022, Camerana also holds prestigious positions including Chairman of the Board at Consorzio Lingotto and President of MAUTO - Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile di Torino, overseeing its significant transformation into a modern cultural center. As the Founder, Partner, and CEO of camerana&partners since 2002, Benedetto has successfully directed a dynamic architectural practice focused on innovative design and environmental principles. An active contributor to the field of architecture, Camerana has worked as an editor for various magazines and served on the Scientific Committee of the Istituto Europeo di Design. Benedetto Camerana holds a PhD in the History of Architecture from Politecnico di Torino, where foundational educational achievements were attained from 1982 to 1996.
