Aleksandar Crnjanski is an experienced Application Analyst and customer support professional, currently working at Clarivate since January 2015, focusing on high-level support issues and defect verification. Simultaneously, Aleksandar has been with PLANet Systems Group since November 2009, serving as European Customer Support Manager and previously as a Customer Support Representative, specializing in editorial office workflows and the ScholarOne Manuscripts system. Prior experience includes a role as European Customer Support Manager at Thomson Reuters, where Aleksandar also engaged in similar support tasks. Aleksandar began a career in customer service at Montammy Golf Club Inc in 2007.
