Aleksandar Crnjanski is an experienced Application Analyst and customer support professional, currently working at Clarivate since January 2015, focusing on high-level support issues and defect verification. Simultaneously, Aleksandar has been with PLANet Systems Group since November 2009, serving as European Customer Support Manager and previously as a Customer Support Representative, specializing in editorial office workflows and the ScholarOne Manuscripts system.
