Meghan Balavender

Meghan Balavender has extensive work experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Meghan is currently the VP, Director of Recruiting at Planet Technology, where they oversee talent acquisition for the Core Technology, Enterprise Systems, and Creative & Digital sectors. Prior to joining Planet Technology, Meghan worked at WinterWyman, starting as a Staffing Manager and steadily progressing to roles such as Senior Staffing Manager/Team Leader and Principal & Manager. Meghan also worked as a Behavioral Counselor at Spectrum Health Systems, Inc., where they managed client caseloads and provided counseling services.

Meghan Balavender holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Psychology from Dartmouth College.
