Carlos Rivas

Carlos Rivas has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Carlos is currently working as a Solutions Engineer at PlanetTogether - Advanced Planning and Scheduling since January 2023.

Previously, Carlos worked at Jabil starting from September 2016. Carlos held multiple roles during their tenure, including Product Engineer from September 2016 to August 2018, Production Planner from August 2018 to August 2020, Master Planner Scheduler from August 2020 to October 2021, and finally as a Materials Subject Matter Expert from October 2021 to January 2023.

In their role as Materials Subject Matter Expert, Carlos was responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and training in SAP SD, MM, PP to users in Guadalajara. Carlos also worked closely with customers and cross-functional teams on new business requirements development and deployment, using tools such as SAP, EDI, and Kinaxis Rapid Response. Carlos collaborated with business relationship managers and IT project leads in integrating and deploying new business partners.

Carlos Rivas earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the Centro de Enseñanza Técnica Industrial, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Carlos also obtained the certification of Certified RapidResponse Author Level 1 from Kinaxis in August 2022.
