Elena Ramírez

Elena Ramírez is the Editorial Director at Seix Barral and currently oversees the International Fiction Department at Grupo Planeta. They began their editorial career as an Editor at Editorial Alfaguara/Grupo Santillana from 1994 to 2000, followed by a role as Executive Editor at Seix Barral/Grupo Planeta from 2000 to 2007. Since 2007, they have served as the Editorial Director at Seix Barral and have held their current position since 2013. Elena earned a Master's degree in Publishing from Stanford University in 2004 and studied Philosophy and Literature at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 1988 to 1993.
