Jin-Shan Shie

Jin-Shan Shie has a comprehensive work experience in the food industry. Jin-Shan is currently serving as the Head of Formulations at PLANETARIANS since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at UPSIDE Foods as the Director of Product Development and Manufacturing from June 2020 to August 2022.
