Jonah Berquist

Jonah Berquist has a long history of work experience in the technology field. Jonah began their career in 2008 as an Information Systems Security Intern at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. That same year, they also worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at The Evergreen State College. In 2010, they were a MySQL Database Administrator and Systems Administrator at Blue Gecko. In 2012, they joined Twitter as a Senior MySQL DBA. In 2015, they began working at GitHub as an Engineering Manager, Database Infrastructure, and later as a Senior Engineering Manager, Database Infrastructure and Database Infrastructure Engineer - MySQL. Currently, they are employed at PlanetScale as a Manager, Technical Solutions and Solutions Architect.

Jonah Berquist obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Evergreen State College between 2006 and 2010.
