Adriana LaRocca has a diverse work experience. Adriana began their career in 2006 as a Golf Course Maintenance at Deme Acres. In 2010, they became a General Manager at McDonalds, where they developed manager schedules, oversaw employees during their daily duties, monitored employee hours, managed payroll expenses to meet targets, conducted routine training and evaluations, resolved employee conflicts, and monitored disciplinary actions as needed. Adriana also monitored inventory, cash policies, health department regulations and safety procedures as well as ensured compliance with all state and corporate laws and regulations. In 2015, they moved to Lowe's Companies, Inc. as an Assistant Manager Administration. In 2018, they became a Store Manager at CVS Pharmacy. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Human Resources Manager at PlaneWave Instruments.

Adriana LaRocca attended Summerfield High School from 2004 to 2007, Monroe County Community College from 2007 to 2010, and The University of Toledo from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
