Alexa Aman has a wealth of experience in operations, marketing, and business development. Alexa began their career in 2005 as a Tenant Representation Coordinator at Colliers International, where they were responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of the leasing and sales department. In 2008, they were promoted to Tenant Representation Coordinator, where they developed a new retail tenant representation division and provided recommendations on the site selection process for over 20 national, regional and local clients. In 2009, they moved to Retail Insight as a Marketing and Research Analyst. In 2010, they joined Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society as an Associate Director, where they served as a chapter liaison for student leaders at more than 40 chapters across the country. In 2012, they were promoted to Associate Director, Chapter Development, where they oversaw all marketing initiatives, including the implementation of a new customer relationship management system. In 2014, they were promoted to Managing Director, where they managed the National Office and Membership Services team, advised the development team on new business development initiatives and expansion strategies, created a new employee handbook and all training guides, and oversaw daily operations, national membership drives, and all marketing initiatives. In 2015, they moved to 247 Media Connections, LLC as Director of Operations. In 2018, they joined The Secure Companies, Inc. as a Planning Consultant. In 2019, they moved to The Focus Group as Director of Operations, where they assessed company processes and performance, led special projects to develop and implement new policies and procedures for continuous process improvement, business development, and workforce/talent management. In 2022, they joined PlanGap as Director of Operations, Digital Products.
Alexa Aman received their Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Management from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business in 2005, and their Master of Science in Marketing from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business in 2013.
