Benoit Parra

Benoit Parra has extensive work experience, beginning in 2009 with ASA - Advanced Solutions Accelerator as a Spécialiste CRM. In 2010, they joined BIME Analytics as an Account Executive & Account Manager & Sales Team Lead, and also held an Inside Sales role at ASA. In 2015, they moved to Zendesk as an In BIME Analytics business unit @t Zendesk - AE & AM. In 2018, they became an Agent Paper. In 2020, Benoit Parra joined appvizer as a Customer Success Manager and in 2021 they became a Senior Account Executive at Planhat.

Benoit Parra's education history began in 2008 with a Licence in Management Technico Commercial from IAE Montpellier. Benoit then obtained a Master 1 in MTIC from the same school in 2009, followed by a Master 2 in CAPTIC from Montpellier Business School in 2011. Prior to this, they attended DUT Aurillac.
