Erich Gardner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erich is currently working at Planhat as a Customer Success - CS Americas. Prior to this, they were at Via, where they served as the Director of Customer Success, playing a key role in building and scaling the Customer Success organization as the company grew from pre-Series A to post-Series B. Erich also led the development and implementation of a portfolio management approach, significantly expanding the company's market reach. These experiences allowed him to develop skills in areas such as strategy, HR consulting, program development, business development, sales, and marketing.
Erich Gardner holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies, Sociology, and Business Management from Brigham Young University. Erich is currently pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
