Manager, Customer Success Operations at Planhat

Gurprem Sagoo has worked in various customer-facing roles since 2012. In 2012, they began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Experian. In 2013, they moved to FootFall as a Data Analyst, where they were awarded a Company-wide Prize on three consecutive occasions. In 2015, they joined Box as a Senior Customer Success Analyst, where they established an operational presence in EMEA and developed new metrics to provide greater insight. Gurprem then moved to HackerOne as a Program Manager and Customer Success in 2018. Currently, Gurprem Sagoo is a Customer Success Manager at Planhat since 2020.

Gurprem Sagoo attended the University of Birmingham from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a BSc Hons in Mathematical Economics and Statistics.
