Katie Culp has over 11 years of work experience. Katie began their career in 2009 as a Sales Manager at Dillards, where they were responsible for overseeing staffing and scheduling for 14-17 associates, developing and implementing all visual and merchandising standards in all shoe departments, and directing all markdowns, pricing, and signing, ensuring accuracy. In 2011, they became an Account Executive at Metalsco, a leading metal merchant dedicated to the scrap business. In 2016, they joined BenchmarkONE as a Partner Success Manager, where they were responsible for delivering outstanding training and friendly communication with clients, conducting marketing strategy webinars for current clients, leading data conversion projects from beginning to end, and helping clients achieve their goals with the software through marketing strategy sessions. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Planhat as a Customer Success Manager.
