Lauren McKenzie

Lauren McKenzie has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lauren started their career in 2014 as an Executive Intern at the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association. From 2015 to 2016, they took on intern roles at the American Friends of Rabin Medical Center and the Whitney Museum of American Art, where they gained experience in event organization and member services. In 2017, they worked as a Consultant at the SHSAA, assisting with event planning and communications.

Lauren transitioned into the tech industry in 2017, joining Yext as a Client Support Specialist. Over the years, they advanced to the role of Senior Client Support Specialist, responsible for providing API support to Yext partners and resellers. Lauren also took on additional responsibilities such as training team members, project management, and acting as an escalation point for support issues. In 2020, Lauren joined Braze as a Technical Support Specialist, and later moved to tray.io as a Sr. Technical Consultant. Lauren then worked as a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant at OpenCorporates for a short period of time in early 2023. Currently, they are working as a Technical Account Manager at Planhat.

Lauren McKenzie completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from New York University from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Latymer Upper School from 2008 to 2012, although specific degree and field of study information was not provided. Additionally, Lauren has obtained the Braze 2021 Marketer Certification from Braze in February 2021, and they also completed the Learn JavaScript Course from Codecademy in September 2022.
