Niklas Skog

Niklas Skog is the current CTO and Founder at Planhat. Niklas has also previously worked as the COO / vVD at GlobeSoft from February 2012 to September 2014. At GlobeSoft, they helped a large number of companies from the public and private sector work strategically with Talent Management, e-Recruitment, and Employee Surveys. Skog also has experience as a Managing Director at Jobylon, where they developed a business plan and prototype from a product idea. Niklas has also worked as a Product Manager at Meltwater Group and as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Niklas Skog has a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stockholm University. Niklas also attended Universidad de Antioquia and Universidad Simón Bolívar.
