Williams began their career in 2007 as the Director of Corporate Beverage Operations for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for the strategy and success of the company's beverage program. Evan collaborated with vendors to review products, negotiate funding for marketing initiatives, and finalize capital submissions for projects related to the department. Evan also led budgeting and forecasting efforts, managed schedules and development plans for onboard staff, and acted as the business owner for technology initiatives within the department.

In 2010, Williams left Norwegian Cruise Line to become the Managing Director at Independent Purchasing Cooperative, where they built financially sound, executable, data-driven business strategies that improved Subway franchisee value. Evan advised regional leadership on a wide range of business and supply chain issues, including risk management and program implementation. Evan also served as a liaison/advisor to senior organizational leaders and external stakeholders to help advance Unaterra and broader organizational priorities.

Williams has been with PlanHub since 2020. In their current role, they are responsible for developing and executing partnerships and operational strategies that drive value for the company. Evan is an expert in their field and is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Evan Williams has a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University - College of Business.
