Felicia Wermäng

Felicia Wermäng has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Felicia'smost recent position is as the Head of Customer Success at Planima, where they have been since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Winningtemp, starting as a Sales Consultant in September 2019 and eventually becoming a Teamlead Customer Success.

Felicia also has experience in the healthcare and medical technology field. Felicia worked at Surgical Science as an Internal Project Leader, where they were responsible for organizational development, project management, HR, and internal communication. Additionally, they served as the Global Logistics & Trade Planner for the same company.

Before their time at Surgical Science, Felicia was the Chief Marketing Officer at Nordic Mochi AB from June 2015 to May 2017. Felicia also gained experience as a Management Trainee at Emerga Institute, where they worked on strategic and organizational development, performance and financial analysis, and company growth analysis.

From 2014 to 2015, they attended the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, where they obtained a Degree of Master of Science in Business Administration (MBA). Felicia'sfield of study was Management of Growing Enterprises, with a specialization in MATIX.

Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, Felicia studied at the University of Borås. Felicia earned a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics (BBA), majoring in Business Administration and specializing in Event Management.

In 2013, Felicia spent a semester abroad at the University of Buenos Aires. During this time, they focused on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Sustainable Development, and earned 30 credits.

Before their university studies, from 2008 to 2011, Felicia attended Turismgymnasiet, where they pursued a Samhällsvetenskapligt program (Social Sciences Program) with a focus on language, tourism, and communication.

In addition to their formal education, Felicia Wermäng has also obtained several certifications. Felicia received the Agile Project Leadership certification from LinkedIn in May 2022. In the same month and year, they also obtained the Six Sigma: Green Belt certification from LinkedIn. Prior to these, in May 2015, Felicia earned a Diplomerad Projektledare (Certified Project Manager) certification from KPMG.
