Emily Hough has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Emily began their career as a Volunteer at Habitat for Humanity in 2008. From there, they worked at Giordano's as a Server and later as a Marketing Manager, where they handled promotional events, maintained relationships with event coordinators, and managed the company's internet visibility through social media.

After Giordano's, Emily worked at Visual Alliance Media as a Social Media Intern, Social Media Marketing Assistant, and eventually as a Social Media Marketing Manager. Emily also joined Exakt Marketing (formerly Visual Alliance Media) as a Client Services Manager.

Emily then transitioned to the role of a Social Media Strategist at Merrick Towle Creative, where they managed the firm's social media portfolios and implemented engagement strategies.
