Axelle Besombes

Axelle Besombes is a Corporate Communication Manager at Planity since March 2022, responsible for developing and executing the employer branding strategy and managing an Employee Advocacy program that has generated significant online engagement. Prior to this, Axelle served as an Internal Communication & Employer Branding Specialist, leading internal communication initiatives and coordinating CSR actions, as well as a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on field and inside sales profiles, implementing targeted recruitment strategies and enhancing candidate experiences. Earlier experience includes an HR Assistant role at BigMat Audebert, where responsibilities included maintaining employee records and managing training projects. Axelle holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from IGS-RH and a Bachelor's degree in Private Law from Université Paris Cité.
