Edgar Zamora Gómez

Edgar Zamora Gómez has a diverse work experience in software development and research. Edgar started working as a Software Engineer at StackSync in February 2013 and worked there until July 2015. From November 2013 to May 2014, they also worked as a Teacher Assistant Scholarship at AST Research Group (Universitat Rovira i Virgili). At AST Research Group, they held other roles such as Software Engineer and Researcher from July 2012 to March 2016, where they worked on the FP7 CloudSpaces European project and developed the PyActive middleware. Additionally, from June 2014 to December 2014, they were a Grails Software Developer at the same company, involved in a joint project with Diputació de Tarragona. In 2016, Edgar joined The Realbuzz Group Ltd. as a Software Developer, contributing to the development of digital solutions in the events, fitness, and charity sectors. Finally, in August 2017, they joined Planixs as a Senior Software Developer, later becoming the Lead Software Developer in August 2019.

Edgar Zamora Gómez completed their education with a Technical Engineering (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering, from Universitat Rovira i Virgili. Edgar attended the university from 2009 to 2013. Later, they pursued further studies and obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, specializing in Computer Security and Intelligent Systems, from the same institution. Edgar completed their master's program from 2013 to 2015.
