Ben Parker

Ben Parker has a diverse professional background, starting their career as a Senior Video Producer at Princess Cruises in 2005. Ben then transitioned to the role of Video Manager, where they were responsible for various aspects of video operations, including recruitment, training, equipment purchasing, and financial management. During their time at Princess Cruises, Ben achieved several industry awards and successfully developed content for digital marketing campaigns.

In 2013, Ben shifted gears and became a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones, where they provided advisory services to clients. After a year and a half, they moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor. In 2017, Ben joined JPMorgan Chase Bank as a Private Client Advisor, where they continued to serve clients until 2020.

Currently, Ben holds the position of Retirement Advisor at PlanMember Financial Corporation since 2020. Ben recently transitioned to the role of Director of Corporate Training in September 2021.

Ben Parker has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Queensland. Ben also holds a Diploma in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Victoria University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including ATD Virtual Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development, Performance Management: Setting Goals and Managing Performance from LinkedIn, Caliper Certification (previously PSI Caliper) from Talogy, and Professional in Human Resources certifications (in Learning and Organizational Development) from Skillsoft. Ben has also completed the Elearning Essentials: Instructional Design course from LinkedIn.
