Brett Threlkeld has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Brett began their career at Wells Fargo as a Marketing Analyst from 1993 to 1995. Brett then worked at Barclays Global Investors as a Principal from 1996 to 1997, followed by a role as Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch from 1997 to 1999. Threlkeld then joined Charles Schwab & Co as a Senior Marketing Manager, where they led a team in responding to RFPs and supporting business development in the 401(k) and stock plan services markets from 1999 to 2002.

In 2002, Threlkeld joined Franklin Templeton as the Director of Global RFP Management, overseeing a global team and supporting sales and client retention efforts through RFPs and additional requests. Brett later became the Director of Global Strategic Services at Franklin Templeton, leading the firm's global internal communications efforts and aligning business strategies with corporate priorities until 2012.

Threlkeld then worked as a Communications Consultant in the financial services industry from 2012 to 2014 before joining CTB/McGraw-Hill as the Director of Proposals and Solutions. In this role, they transformed the proposal center, implemented a content management system, and developed proposal response strategies.

From 2015 to 2019, Threlkeld worked at TIAA as the Senior Director of Institutional RFP Management. Brett supported sales and client retention efforts through managing RFPs and additional requests totaling over $100 billion in potential assets.

Most recently, in 2020, Threlkeld joined PlanMember Financial Corporation as the Director of Business Communications.

Brett Threlkeld has a BA in English Literature/History from UCLA. Brett also holds an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California. In addition to their degrees, Brett has obtained certifications including Learning Salesforce Admin, Sales: Selling Financial Products and Services, and Salesforce for Marketers from LinkedIn. Brett is also certified in Series 24, Series 63, and Series 7 through FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
